Reiki and Animals
 

Animals, like people can benefit from Reiki Healing Therapy.  All animals love Reiki and no matter what type of pets you have; Cats, Dogs, Birds, Horses, or any other animals, Reiki can help them.

Any animal can be treated even those that are not so tame.  This can be done by sending the energy using ‘distance healing’ or ‘beaming’ the energy directly to the animal.

Reiki works really well with animals and can be used for the same reasons as with humans.  Animals tend to be willing subjects, most Reiki Healers report animals ‘coming to them for healing’ and most pets will casually get up and walk away when they have had enough.
 
Reiki will help your pet in the following situations:

Illness: Reiki aids the healing process and works with most types of medical intervention and is especially good at speeding up recovery after an operation.

Trauma - Stress: Animals can become Stressed or Depressed just like people.  Especially if they have experienced any type of abuse, loss, illness or a move of home.  Reiki can help them to regain their natural balance and trust in humans.
