Weekly Meditation/Discussion Group

Every Sunday From 6.30pm – 8.30pm.

The group will run every Sunday and is open to everyone, providing a place for like   minded people to socialise, learn and relax together.  Being an open group it will be ideal for people who cannot commit to a lengthy course and also for those in between courses who wish to keep connecting.
