Meditation is the key not only to Spiritual Development but also to emotional and psychological healing. This class is open to any one who has already attended a Spiritual Awareness course or has a basic knowledge of Grounding and Protection. Meditation strengthens the bond between yourself, your higher self and your guides, building your trust in them and also within yourself. Allowing
the mind to rest and release the every day stresses, meditation also aids
the body to heal itself and helps you to find that quiet space within. The course is run over 10 weeks, 2 hours per week. Guided Meditations:
