Meditation Workshop
Saturday 22nd November '08 - 11am – 4pm

This one day workshop is designed for you to learn how to meditate safely in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. The class format will be; Discussion, Meditation, Breathing Exercises and Sharing of Experiences. No prior experience is necessary.
